Founded, Owned, and Operated by Lifelong Alaskans
At Lake Clark Resort's Farm Lodge, we take pride in being one of the very few lodges owned and operated by lifelong Alaskans. We are a family business and it is our pleasure to share our home and our part of Alaska with you.
Our History
Like his father before him, Glen Alsworth Jr grew up on the Alsworth family homestead and did his part to keep it running. Throughout his childhood he worked for his father at both Lake Clark Air and the Farm Lodge. In 1997, Glen Jr along with his wife Lelya, became the managers of the Farm Lodge and moved the operations from the family Farm house into the current hillside facility overlooking Hardenburg bay. Together they have built the Farm Lodge into one of the most pristine lodges in southwest Alaska. In 2021, Glen and Lelya formed Lake Clark Resort LLC and continued to expand the family tourism operations. The Farm Lodge dining and lounge facility, along with Lake Clark Resorts 12 cabins offers the perfect launching point for your ultimate alaskan experiences. Our well appointed guest cabins, unforgettable dining, experienced guides, hospitable staff, well maintained boats and aircraft customized for the Alaskan bush; allow you to access the most beautiful and wild places in Alaska without sacrificing safety or comfort.

Our Team
Lake Clark Resorts entire team of pilots is made of local Alaskans that have in depth knowledge of the area. Lake Clark Resort's hosts, kitchen staff, housekeeping, flight crew and guides are committed to making your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Owners/Operators
Glen & Lelya Alsworth
Glen and Lelya have operated Lake Clark Resort's Farm Lodge since 1997. Having grown up in Port Alsworth, Glen's native heritage and deep connection to southwest Alaska has shaped the way Lake Clark Resort now offers sustainable and rich experiences to our guests. Glen designs and develops tours and leads our group of pilots and guides. Having grown up in remote, eastern Russia, Lelya brings a mix of European charm and American determination, leading our guest facilities, serving and garden staff to bring sophisticated comfort and dining experiences to our visitors. Many of Glen and Lelya's kids and spouses work at Lake Clark Resort as pilots, guides, managers, hosts, and in guest reservations.
